📋 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GatherON app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

👤 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use GatherON.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from GatherON.
• You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

📱 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may only maintain one active account.

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GatherON to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Share explicit, offensive, or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

📞 Calls & Communication

• Audio and video calls are facilitated through WebRTC technology.
• Call charges are based on the receiver's set rate per minute.
• Sufficient wallet balance is required before initiating a paid call.
• Recording calls without consent of all parties is strictly prohibited.

💳 Payments & Wallet

• Wallet top-ups are processed securely via Razorpay.
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• GatherON deducts a platform commission from each call transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum limits and admin approval.

🚫 Termination

GatherON reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
